Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can, use it only to reply to you and run this site, and never sell it. Here is the detail.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Who we are

This policy covers gigaverse.global (the “Site”), operated by Gigaverse Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Gigaverse”, “we”, “us”). Gigaverse is the parent of Gigabit, GigaCommerce, Top Dentistry and FormBridge. Each of those companies runs its own website and services under its own privacy policy; this policy applies only to this Site.

For any privacy question or request, write to hello@gigaverse.global.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us — your name, email address, company and message when you use the contact or partner forms, or when you email us (including job applications sent to careers@gigaverse.global).
  • Usage data — aggregated, privacy-focused analytics about page views, referrers, device and browser type, and approximate country, collected through Ahrefs Web Analytics.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser user agent and request timestamps recorded in standard server and hosting logs for security and reliability.
  • Preferences stored on your device — your light/dark theme choice, kept in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, evaluate a partnership or venture proposal, or consider a job application.
  • To understand which content is useful and improve the Site.
  • To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (replying to enquiries and applications); our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the Site (analytics and logs); and legal obligation where a law requires us to keep or disclose information.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our communications — hosting, email and analytics providers — under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us. We may share an enquiry with the relevant Gigaverse company (for example Gigabit or FormBridge) when you are asking about its services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Fonts on this Site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy for how it handles that request.

6. International transfers

Gigaverse operates from the United States and Bangladesh, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless they lead to a business relationship. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics are kept in aggregate form. Server logs are kept for a short period, typically no more than 90 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including the EEA, the UK and US states such as California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents also have the right to know what we collect and not to be discriminated against for exercising their rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any right, email hello@gigaverse.global. We will respond within the time the law requires (normally 30 days) and may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to personal information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. To report a vulnerability, see /.well-known/security.txt.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
