Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of gigaverse.global (the “Site”), operated by Gigaverse Global LLC (“Gigaverse”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site only. Services provided by Gigaverse or any portfolio company (Gigabit, GigaCommerce, Top Dentistry, FormBridge) are governed by the separate agreements and terms of that company.

Content on the Site, including articles in Insights, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical or investment advice, and reading it does not create a client, advisory or fiduciary relationship. Laws, regulations and market facts change; always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, trademarks, design and code — are owned by Gigaverse or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Gigaverse, Gigabit, GigaCommerce, Top Dentistry and FormBridge names and logos are trademarks of Gigaverse or its affiliates.

You may view, share links to and quote short excerpts of our content with attribution and a link back. You may not otherwise copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission. Machine-readable files we publish for AI systems (llms.txt, llms-full.txt, ai.txt) may be indexed and summarised with attribution.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any law or to infringe anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with its operation;
• send spam, malware or unlawful, misleading or abusive content through our forms or email addresses;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

Gigaverse is a venture studio and regularly evaluates and builds companies across many verticals. If you send us an idea, proposal or other unsolicited material, you agree it is not confidential unless we have signed a written confidentiality agreement, and that we may already be working on, or later develop, similar ideas independently without obligation to you.

The Site links to portfolio-company sites, cited sources and social networks. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIGAVERSE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gigaverse harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date shows the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
